What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
Dogs & cats (no aggressive breeds) - Exotic pets are allowed with management permission
How many pets may I have?
No more than 2 per apartment
Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
1 Pet $350 flat non-refundable fee, 2 Pets $500 non-refundable flat fee, $250 non-refundable pet fee for caged animals including: ferrets, rabbits, chinchillas and prairie dogs. No weight limit.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Sure Bonds are not refundable, but security deposits are minus any damages
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
Yes, fees and notice requirements apply
What utilities are included in my lease?
None
How long is the term of the lease?
3-15 Months
Do you accept leases for short terms?
Yes, 3 months
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Call the management office, drop a note in the drop in the drop box or report online
When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due the 1st of the month
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Late charges are assessed on the 6th
Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
No
Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
There is a rent drop box by the front door of the clubhouse
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
For up to 10 days, after that you must have the person added to your lease
Do you have reserved parking?
Disabled only
I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In a parking space or rent a garage
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
No
Do you have cable services?
Yes
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
