Spring Holiday Weekend

The Welcome Center will be closed on Friday, March 29 and Sunday, March 31.

We will be open from 10am-5pm on Saturday, March 30.

We hope you all have a safe and happy extended holiday weekend.


Key Fob

Has your Access Card seen better days? You may change out your Access Card for a new one free of charge, or you may upgrade to one of our new smaller key fobs for just $5.

The new key fobs are just larger than the size of a quarter, making your key chain less bulky.


Resident Activity Center and Short-Term Furnished Unit

The Resident Activity Center and Short-Term Furnished Unit are available for residents to rent.

The Resident Activity Center is ideal for any function and is available for $150 for up to 4 hours.

The Short-Term Furnished Unit is a 2 bedroom apartment home, and is a wonderful option for visitors at only $75/night or $100/night for special event nights.

These amenities are in high demand, so contact the Welcome Center for availability.


Long Distance Numbers at Gate Kiosk

Want to have your long distance number put in the gate kiosk? Based on demand, we have extended the 50% savings off the standard long distance fee until April 30th.

We can add your long distance number to the gate kiosk for just $25. Your phone number will not appear in the gate kiosk.

When your guest arrives at the gate, he/she can scroll to your name (Last Name, First Initial) and hit “Call”. At this point, the kiosk will call whatever number you provide.

When you answer the call, you can verify the identity of the person at the gate, pressing “9” to open the gate, or hanging up to keep the gate closed.

Stop by the Welcome Center with a check or money order for $25 and your phone number. We can have it entered into the kiosk with 24 hours.


Check Your Air Conditioning

Warm weather is just around the corner! Before you start sweating, check your air conditioner to make sure that it is in good working order.

If you notice any functional issues, contact us as early as possible so that we may make every effort to have it functional before it gets too hot.

While we will make every effort to have air conditioners working properly as quickly as possible, please understand that unless the outside temperature is at least 80°, these maintenance requests will not be treated as emergencies.

Pick Up After Your Pooch

As the weather improves, more members of our community are spending time outdoors.

It has recently come to our attention that there are areas throughout the community, including areas around the buildings and within the bark park, in which pet waste is not being picked up.

In addition to being unsightly and unsanitary, this is in violation of the pet policy, and violators are subject to a $25 fine.

For your convenience, there are several pet stations with bags and disposal bins located around the community.


Pool Season

Be on the look-out for an email regarding our pool season opening. Depending on weather, we are anticipating the pool season beginning in mid-late April.

For the safety of all, residents are reminded that all pool regulations must be adhered to. Proper swimwear must be worn at all times.

Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Up to 2 guests per leaseholder are allowed at a time, and a leaseholder must accompany guests to the pool.

For a complete list of pool regulations, please see the Resident Handbook. Any violations of regulations will result in revocation of privileges.


Grilling Out

For your convenience and enjoyment, gas grills are located on both pool decks. A new gas grill will be placed at the Phase I pool deck this month.

While we provide the gas and maintain the grills, it is up to each of us to ensure that the grills are kept in good condition, and grill brushes are kept by the grilling areas.

Please be sure that you are cleaning the grills and turning off the propane after each use. Not only will this help to prolong the life of the grill, but it will also ensure that the grills are ready for use by the next resident.


Couponing Class

Learn how to make the most of your money and gain access to monthly coupon swaps and couponing meetings by joining a Couponing Class, taking place in the Resident Activity Center on Saturday, April 13th.

The two hour class will begin at 10:30 and will be at a cost of $10, which covers set-up costs and materials. Please RSVP to Becky Earle at blchellpkr@yahoo.com.


Trash Disposal

  • Please be sure to place your trash items inside the compactors, not lined up along the wall or in the recycling area, as trash may be an attractant to bugs and other wildlife.
  • If you need to dispose of larger items, such as sofas or mattresses, please call 3-1-1 or 1-800-GOT-JUNK to schedule a pick up time.
  • When disposing of boxes, please break down the boxes until they lie flat, and slide them into the recycling dumpster.
