What happens when you are at work and no matter what you do you can’t stop yarning or keeping your head from bobbing? Well I’ll tell you what happens either you learn your lesson and go to bed earlier or you deal with that same frustrating situation again at work. (Lol, I really thought that that was funny.) But seriously, being sleepy at work can be quite burdensome. The good news is that there are ways to fix that.
Go outside for a breath of fresh air, that should wake you up. Drink some coffee; a tall glass, but not to many because you can crash and burn from a coffee overdose. Another thing that you could do is to put on some good music. Dance a little bit to get your blood flowing. The best way, all jokes aside, is to get a good nights sleep.
But if you’re anything like me then you probably have some of your greatest idea’s in the wee-hours of the night (morning) when no one else is awake. All of the kids are sleep and the apartment is quiet. In a case like this what you would want to do is schedule exercise throughout your week. The more you exercise the more energy you can have. But there is no substitute for sleeping. So no matter how much you work out you are going to need to get some good sleep.
I actually came across a great website that talks about 33 Secrets to a Good Night’s Sleep. This information should really help you to maximize your sleep at night so it doesn’t lead to sleep at work.
