Tons of people last night went out to celebrate the Luck of the Irish with green beverages, four-leaf clovers and authentic Irish cuisine.
What did you do for St. Patrick’s Day?
I stayed-in since I have a 22 month-old toddler and last night for dinner I made one of my husband’s favorite Irish American meals, corned beef and cabbage. I only make it once a year, because in all honesty…I really do not like it. Now I find myself in a bit of a conundrum. What should I do with all of the leftovers?
